Cordillera Valley Club– The Metro District

Cordillera Valley Club Metro District provides a public works department to the community which oversees the community's roads and infrastructure. Cordillera metro district provides governance to cordillera valley club, a golf course community part of cordillera community located in western Cordillera region, Colorado.

Dramatic “painted” rock foothills and towering, snow-capped peaks combine to create the high mountain desert setting for this community. Homes here rely on stone, rough-sawn wood siding and covered porches to convey their western personalities. Also constructed from stone and rough-hewn timbers, the Clubhouse exudes a rugged yet elegant atmosphere that is enhanced by sun-drenched terraces. The Chaparral, a causal club grill, joins a host of amenities to create a coveted lifestyle. Located at a lower elevation, The Cordillera Valley Club offers outdoor enthusiasts a longer playing season, whether it be at the club’s swimming pool, tennis courts or the Tom Fazio- designed golf course. Just 10 minutes from the villages of Vail and Beaver Creek, you are close to skiing, snowboarding, shopping, restaurants and cultural activities.

The Divide

Designed to emulate the architectural character of Europe’s mountain villages, homes on The Divide capitalize on hammered iron, stucco and slate roofs to create a signature look. Residents on The Divide stand in awe of the towering peaks and plunging valleys that surround the community and welcome the proximity to The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera. The Mobil Four-Star, AAA Four-Diamond retreat features 56 guest rooms, a full service spa and “out-your-door” access to an extensive trail system. Just steps from The Lodge, the Dave Pelz- designed executive Short Course provides great practice and expansive views of the Vail Valley. This living environment is made even more special with gourmet dining at Restaurant Mirador and the casual atmosphere at Grouse-on-the-Green, an authentic Irish Pub.

The Ranch

Formerly a working ranch, The Ranch at cordillera relies on gentle ridges, undulating meadows and stands of mature forest to set its tone. Residents within its distinctive enclaves draw their designs from architecture whose early American West character is defined by logs, timber and stone. The Trailhead, a two-story log structure, is a wonderful family gathering place that boasts a swimming pool and a children’s center featuring organized activities year-round. A fly-fishing pond, Nordic Center, the 18-hole Hale Irwing designed Mountain Course and 21 miles of hiking and winter sports trails invite outdoor visits, while Timber Hearth Grille welcomes you indoors for causal dining.

The Summit

The Summit represents the pinnacle, and a perfect mountain setting, offers compelling 360 degree views of the Gore and Sawatch Ranges, New York Mountain, and Seven Hermits, Castle Peak and the Flat Tops from many of its 2,700 pristine acres. Residents here benefit from unequaled privacy, generous open space. They also welcome living on a parcel of land that borders three million acres of national forest. Complementing this exceptional community are the Jack Nicklaus-designed, 18 hole championship golf course, The Summit Golf Clubhouse and Summit Athletic Facility - places that exist for families to gather, reconnect and enjoy the great outdoors.
